Our ECF Champions program is for Kids ages 7-13. We focus on self confidence, problem solving, and building athleticism as we teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. We pride ourselves on bully-proofing our children by teaching them team work and multiple solution thinking. Our Kickboxing class is intense! We warm up with body weight exercise focusing on core strength and stamina. Next, we break into teams to play group fitness games which are a cardio blast. Everyone leaves this smiling and having fun. Once we are all warmed up, we put on gloves to learn proper Kickboxing techniques, including punching, kicking, elbowing, and kneeing combinations. Its surprising how fast you will look like a professional on our punching bags! To wrap up class, we always finish with a burn! Ten station circuit training for muscle growth and endurance.
